The co-founders have over 30 years of experience in business management, as well as initiating and organizing events and social campaigns aimed at combating digital exclusion and supporting equality and diversity in the job market.

The Diversity Fund in IT is an initiative aimed at supporting the integration of individuals from marginalized groups in the technology industry. We offer up to 90% funding for IT courses, as well as additional support in the form of mentoring, English language lessons, and professional recruitment advisory.
