Future Collars was founded by Beata Jarosz and Joanna Pruszyńska-Witkowska to support digital career transformations.

The co-founders have over 30 years of experience in business management, as well as initiating and organizing events and social campaigns aimed at combating digital exclusion and supporting equality and diversity in the job market.
