WOMEN IN IT DAY 2023

November 15th marked the most inspiring event in the IT industry - Women in IT Day! This was the 5th edition of the event! This year, it was held under the theme: Technology is transforming the world before our eyes - be a part of this breakthrough!

About the workshop

WOMEN in IT DAY is a free online event for women who want to consciously build their careers in IT.

8 intensive hours filled with lectures, debates, and meetings

A solid dose of knowledge, motivation, and inspiration.
It is dedicated to all women in IT – whether you are at the beginning of your journey or have been in the industry for years, we have two workshop tracks for you!
RESTART – for those taking their first steps in IT
UP:GREAT – for experienced professionals who want to reach the top

We were joined by experts from companies such as: PKO Bank Polski, Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki, Accenture Poland, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, Orange Polska, Point72, PwC Polska, Totalizator Sportowy, Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), SimCorp, and many others!

We'll talk about it

During the event, we discussed topics such as technology and its impact on the world, artificial intelligence, competencies in the job market, hybrid work, tech climate, technological platforms, and new leadership.

Power speeches – we had the opportunity to listen to mega motivating presentations by experts such as Raisa Ghazi, Vanessa Gentile, Mani Thiru, Robert Rutkowski, and Artur Kurasiński.

This year’s edition of Women in IT Day was carried out in cooperation with EWA European Women’s Association and DIGITALEUROPE as part of the Erasmus+ project.
