Working closely with clients, she ensures tailored, high-impact solutions that align with their business needs. Her dual focus on internal efficiency and external partnerships makes her a key driver of performance, growth, and client success.

Based in Sweden, Filippa has been part of Consid for nearly three years. With a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology, she works with HR and recruitment while also leading the company’s efforts in equality and inclusion. Through her role as Head of Q by Consid — our internal network dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion — she drives strategic initiatives that support a more inclusive workplace throughout the Nordics
